Returns

• New and unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling.

• Please download and complete the return form. You can download it here. The return form needs to accompany the merchandise that you return.

• If you purchased an item from a store that stocks Pearl Izumi, you need to send your return to that store.

Exchanges

• We are currently unable to accommodate exchanges. If you need a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order and follow the directions for returning unwanted items for a refund. See above.

Defective and incorrect items 

If you receive any defective or incorrect items, please contact us at orders@pearlizumi.com prior to sending these items back.

Shipping 

Please ship your return with a courier that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

Store Delivery

Returns Please return the item to the store you picked up the item from. They will gladly assist you in finding a size that fits you. New and unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Exchanges If you need a different item, colour, or size, please return your item to the store you picked up the item from. If they can’t help you please place a new order and follow the directions for returning unwanted items for a refund. See above. How long does it take to process the return?

• Returns enter our system within 48 hours of receipt and will be finalized within 4 business days after arrival. Email notification is sent upon the finalization of your return, not when your items are received at our facility. Please note that it will take most banks 3-6 business days for the credit to be reflected in your available balance after you receive your email notification.
