WHO DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

We use The Courier Guy for all our South African orders. You can track your orders from the track your order page, by filling in all the relevant fields and sending us the request. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an update on your order

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We aim to ship orders placed before noon on business days (non-holiday Mondays through Fridays) on the same day. Orders placed after noon on a business day, or on a weekend, will ship the following business day. Our distribution centers closed on Public Holidays and items will ship the following business day.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We have a local distribution center, in Gauteng that accommodates nationwide orders.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS, ARE THEY COMING IN A LATER SHIPMENT?

It is likely that your other items are on their way. If you have a Courier Guy account, you can log in and see if there is another shipment from PEARL IZUMI on its way to you. Alternatively you can track your order by sending a query to orders@pearlizumi.co.za. There is a small chance that the missing item(s) you ordered are out of stock. Please double check your email to see if you have one notifying you of a refund.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, CAN YOU UPDATE IT?

Orders are picked at our distribution center within 1 hour after you click "submit order". If you catch the error right away, please email us at orders@pearlizumi.co.za with your order number and the correct address and we will make the necessary changes, no problem.

Free Shipping Information


HOW DOES THE FREE DELIVERY WORK?

We offer free delivery to all purchases that amount to more than R1000 in a single purchase. The free shipping is valid if the total amount in the cart amounts to R1000 or more.

HOW DOES IT WORK WHEN I HAVE A COUPON CODE?

The total amount to qualify for free shipping is calculated before the coupon code is applied. Meaning if your cart value is R1000 and your coupon code allows you to pay R900 only, the free shipping is still applies over and above your discount.

IS IT BETTER TO RATHER PAY FOR SHIPPING?

If you qualify for free shipping, we cover the shipping costs on our side. Nothing else changes. Our normal shipping policy applies.

Store Delivery


HOW DOES STORE DELIVERY WORK?

We are offering you the opportunity to collect the items you purchased online, at your nearest Pearl Izumi Dealer. You choose the item you are interested in on the website and place your order as normal. However, there are two differences: Instead of shipping the product to your location and paying online, we ship it to your chosen registered Pearl Izumi Dealer and you pay in store. This gives you the opportunity to feel and fit your item, before you pay for it

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We aim to ship orders placed before noon on business days (non-holiday Mondays through Fridays) on the same day. Orders placed after noon on a business day, or on a weekend, will ship the following business day. Please note: It may take up to 3 days to reach the Pearl Izumi Dealer you have selected.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ITEM?

Please collect the item that you purchased online within 7 days of purchase, after which it will be returned to the distribution center if not collected.
